How We Work

Our Approach

We partner with you to create a workplace where your people really want to work, and to get your people to work together better. We strive to build a win-win working relationship in everything we do. Our goal is to recognize, promote, and maintain excellence in the workplace.

Typically we begin with a short telephone discussion on your goals, objectives, and constraints. The purpose of this discussion is to understand and clarify what you are trying to achieve and who you are trying to achieve it with. We’ll talk about what you’ve done that’s worked and what hasn’t worked for you. We’ll discuss the audience or participants so we understand who they are, what issues they are dealing with, and how we can best serve them.

We want to be sure we understand clearly what you want to accomplish and be sure we’re a good fit for working together. This initial discussion is critical for assuring we have a high probability of successfully achieving your goals.

If we think we’re not the right company to help you achieve your goals, or if your goals seem unrealistic (this does happen---some groups really need Dr. Phil instead of us), we’ll discuss this openly.

The next step is to discuss options for achieving your goals. Usually, we offer several alternatives requiring different levels of commitment and investment so you can make the best choice for your situation. Options may include combinations of group training and skill development, individual coaching, resources for reinforcing behavioral changes, and group or individual assessments. For conferences and meetings, options may include keynote speeches, breakout sessions, or longer training programs.

We customize and tailor our programs to meet your specific needs. We are interested in achieving long-term, lasting results rather than going for quick fixes that have only a temporary impact.

After completing a program, together we assess the results we’ve achieved. We decide what our next steps will be to accomplish your goals or to achieve or maintain excellence in your workplace.

The processes we apply may include:

bulletOrganizational and personal assessments
bulletTraining
bulletWorkshops
bulletMentoring and coaching
bulletMediation and conflict resolution
bulletIndividual and Team Development
