How You Can Sustain Excellence in Your Workplace

Peacemakers Training focuses on workplace excellence. We work with organizations to create a workplace where people really want to work, and with managers who want their people to work together better.

We do this in two ways: development and tools. First, we develop skills, attitudes, and processes that help achieve and sustain excellence in the workplace. Second, we provide tools and materials to help individuals and teams work together in harmony and to put good ideas into action.

Together we focus on the three C’s for success and excellence in the workplace: Cooperation, Communication, and Commitment.

We transfer skills for improving cooperation, and for transforming conflict into collaboration so your people work together to achieve common goals.

We provide techniques for improving communication, and for getting your people to really listen to each other so they work through the problems and challenges they face.

We show your people how to get and keep commitment because with real commitment and dedication there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.

Together, we zero in on four things: understanding, productivity, systems, and recognition.

(1) We develop understanding throughout the organization so people know what the organization is trying to achieve and how they must work together to achieve it.

(2) We define what it means to be productive and how to motivate people when they are not productive.

(3) We create systems that support individuals and teams so they stay focused and achieve their goals.

(4) We recognize work that is well done and reward people for performing at their best.

What results can you expect?

Four things will happen. You will get more energy, more trust, more respect, and more meaning. You get:

(1) more energy in your organization

(2) a higher level of trust

(3) more respect as people learn to respect each other and the organization

(4) your people experience more meaning in their lives and their work.
