"DO YOU FEEL FRUSTRATED WITH ALL

THE ARGUING, BICKERING, AND FEUDING

IN YOUR WORKPLACE?"

If you do, there is only one way to stop the pain: Get people to cooperate and work together productively!!!

Dear Manager/Coach/Team Leader:

Have you ever said to yourself or your spouse?:

"I’M REALLY GOOD TECHNICALLY AT WHAT I DO! IF I COULD ONLY GET PEOPLE TO WORK TOGETHER, I WOULD BE FINE!"

You know what?

Even the greatest technical manager in the world will be in trouble if they can’t get people to cooperate and work together productively.

You see, your technical skills account for only about 15% of your professional success. 85% of your success comes from your communication skills and interpersonal skills.

That’s right. Your success comes from your people skills not from your technical knowledge.

There is a big difference between having the title of manager, coach, or team leader and actually knowing how to influence and motivate people.

THE MOST IMPORTANT KNOWLEDGE YOU NEED IS NOT TECHNICAL,

IT’S ABOUT PEOPLE!

I know this probably bothers you, but you have to face reality. If you were to prioritize the order of knowledge you need as a manager, it must be:

1. COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND EFFECTIVELY

2. CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE CAN AND WANT TO WORK TOGETHER PRODUCTIVELY

OR, IN OTHER WORDS, BEING A PEOPLE EXPERT IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING A TECHNICAL EXPERT!!

I know this makes you sick. Why should it have to be this way?

I felt the same way for ten years. I deluded myself into thinking that because I was good in my technical discipline, that was sufficient. Finally I forced myself to develop real management skills---real people skills.

What I found was that many of the so called management gurus don’t know zip about real world management. They are good at spewing forth theory. They sound good on the TV talk shows. The only thing they can’t do is:

GET THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU AND WITH YOU TO

COOPERATE AND WORK TOGETHER PRODUCTIVELY

EVERY DAY!

Listen!

In the last eight years, I have shown thousands of managers, team leaders, and coaches how to stop complaining and get their people to work together productively!

Do you think it might be time for you and your people to learn how for yourselves?

Well, what is the answer? It’s actually very simple, yet sophisticated at the same time.

THERE IS NO ONE ANSWER! THERE IS, HOWEVER, A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CREATE A WORKPLACE WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO WORK. I CALL IT THE TRIPLEWIN™ SYSTEM. SO YOU WIN, YOUR COWORKERS WIN, AND YOUR KEY STAKEHOLDERS WIN.

Look at this partial list of management secrets and see if any of them interest you:

bulletProject Management
bulletManagement and Supervisory Skills
bulletConflict Resolution Skills
bulletNegotiation Skills
bulletLeadership Skills
bulletBuilding High Performance Teams

I know that this list is a lot of stuff. But it’s not even close to half of the methods and strategies I’ve utilized!

By now, you are probably thinking, "OK, OK I get the idea. Yes, if only a couple of these things really work, my life would be fun again. But, there have to be some major expenses involved, or at least some "Catch". This just sounds too good to be true."

These are very reasonable thoughts. I would have had them myself. Let’s walk through some questions and answers to give you some more explanation:

Q. Do participants need to have a college degree or advanced college degree to understand this stuff and make it all work?

A. No. This program is practical, not theoretical. It’s for people who are working and willing to put the principles into practice. It’s not for people who are stuck in their heads and don’t want to act.

Q. Does it matter what kind of company you work for?

A. No. We’ve worked with employers from a broad range of companies. The principles are universally applicable. Some of the strategies and techniques were derived from studies of 80,000 managers from 400 companies over a period of several years. This is about best practices that work.

It doesn’t matter what company you work for or what industry you work in. What does matter is that only a handful of us will make the effort to implement these proven strategies. Those that do, are the people we envy, who create workplaces where people want to work. The folks doing this have nothing you don’t have except perhaps the right knowledge and lots of energy.

Q. How much will it cost to implement any or all of these programs?

A. The expenses involved in getting things rolling will range from dead zero to several thousand dollars. Obviously, you will start with elements that you can afford. Many of your biggest improvements won’t cost you a penny, and will probably save you money right away.

Q. What about your charges?

A. Our fees will depend upon your specific outcomes, the size of your group, your particular situation, and your flexibility in initiating our programs. We will work together to create a program that’s just right for you---that meets your needs, achieves your outcomes, and matches your budget. You must also be realistic and understand that you don’t get this type of improvement for free. You don’t need a lot of cash. What you need is the right knowledge so you won’t be spinning your wheels.

Think about how much money you waste every month with useless arguing, bickering, and turf building that get you nothing. Think about how much time you waste in useless and unproductive meetings where people are trying to point fingers, place blame, or defending themselves from attacks. Think about how much this costs you.

Rather than focusing on my fee, you need to be clear on your objectives and focus on the return you get on your investment. Imagine how much more profitable you’ll be, how much more productive you and your people will be, how much more fun you’ll have, how you’ll enjoy more peace of mind when the petty bickering, arguing, and fighting are over and your people cooperate and work together for common goals, for the common good of everyone.

Just think about it. The average manager spends 40% of their time dealing with conflict at work. What a waste! Think about what this is costing you and your company.

Q. Do I need to train everyone at once?

A. No. We can structure the program into modules so that we accommodate your staffing and work schedules.

Q. How long does it take to see results?

A. Some strategies you can put into practice and get immediate results. You begin improving the work relationships in your workplace right away. Others will take a little longer. Generally, you should see tangible results within three months depending on how you implement the program and the complexity of the problems you face.

Of course, you must understand that if you do not work the program, you will not see the results. I know this sounds stupid, but it has to be said.

Q. Do you provide any type of guarantee?

A. Yes. Let me explain:

YOU GET A TOTALLY RISK-FREE

DOUBLE YOUR INVESTMENT GUARANTEE . . .

Invest in as much of my training, coaching, and consulting services as you like. Then, take the ideas you get from these services and immediately put them into action to start doubling your investment.

If you discover that the ideas in my TripleWin™ System don’t pay off with at least double your investment in increased savings, profits, and improved productivity, I work with you until the ideas pay off for you. That’s right, I provide additional training, coaching, and consulting services at no fee, except possible travel and material costs, for you until you double your investment.

To assure long-term results, you can take A FULL YEAR TO DECIDE IF THE IDEAS ARE ANY GOOD OR NOT! The ideas either work for you or I work with you until they do.

It’s my way of assuring you that — in the remote possibility that your business is so unique or difficult that my principles can’t immediately help you — you won’t be stuck with something you can’t use. I’m purely "performance based," and I honestly wants you to benefit from what I teaches or advise. It’s that simple.

However, you’ll never know until you try. That’s why I’m giving you a full year to validate my concepts — beyond question — not that they merely can help you make money and improve your bottom-line, but that they do help you make money and improve your bottom-line.

Q. What is so special about your methods?

A. Plenty. My approach is to work on three levels: (1) Self-Mastery in the workplace, (2) Core Skills for succeeding in the workplace, and (3) Specific Workplace Applications like team building, management skills, and conflict resolution. In effect, we work on a personal level, an interpersonal level, and a systems level. Other programs work on one of these levels but not all three.

I heard a professional speaker say, "there are no victims, only volunteers!" The single choice you have is to get educated real quick on how to get your people to work together better. Use this system and stop being a volunteer victim.

Q. Couldn’t I just figure this out on my own? Why should I pay you?

A. Well, of course you could do this yourself. Just as I did. Simply allow ten years of time, and tens of thousands of dollars for testing and you’re all set. Cavett Robert, the founder of the National Speakers Association, said "Experience is not the best teacher because the tuition is too high. Learn from other people’s experience."

WHEN YOU HAVE THE NEED TO SUCCEED!

I’m not claiming my program is perfect. Nothing is perfect. However using my system will give you an almost unfair advantage over your competition. Why?

Because you will create a workplace where people really want to work and you’ll get your people to work together better.

According to the Gallop Organization, the link between people and performance is vivid. The most "engaged" workplaces are 50% more likely to have lower turnover, 56% more likely to have higher-than-average customer loyalty, 38% more likely to have above average productivity, and 27% more likely to report higher profitability.

That’s a lot of statistics. What do they really mean? If people like their jobs and where they work and if they like their boss, they do better work. They’re more productive and you have fewer headaches.

According to Marcus Birmingham, author of First Break All the Rules, numbers are crucial to running a company. Yet the numbers most leaders use to manage the people who are part of their business are mostly off target. The TripleWin™ System gets you back on target.

This system creates a very special psychological edge for you. The return is obvious if you just think about it for a minute.

WHY LIVE WITH THE ARGUING, BICKERING, AND

FEUDING IN YOUR WORKPLACE?

Get some relief. Soothe your pain. Here’s how:

A typical program consists of one-day on Self-Mastery in the Workplace, one-day on Core Skills for Succeeding in the Workplace, and one or two days on Specific Workplace Applications.

This is a systematic approach to get your people on the same page, and get them to work together productively. It is designed to give you lasting results. It is not a quick fix or a "flavor of the month." Only invest in my program if you seriously want to get positive results and seriously want to improve your organization.

Here is a summary of my TripleWin™ approach:

bulletYou learn to focus on methods that are proven to work.
bulletYou get people in your workplace to overcome differences and petty grievances so they work together better.
bulletYou discover secrets to mastering your emotions and your thinking so you get what you really want out of your job and your life.
bulletYou learn to appreciate yourself and others, and how to be appreciated by others.
bulletYou stop wasting time on techniques that don’t work and have never worked.
bulletYou develop effective communication skills that improve the quality of your life---your personal life and your professional life.
bulletYou choose specific areas to improve in your workplace like: team building, management skills, leadership, negotiation skills, project management, and conflict resolution. All tailored for your specific group and your needs and your objectives.
bulletYou relieve the workplace frustration---yours and others---by changing unworkable systems, and replacing worthless coping strategies with techniques that get people to work together productively.

P.S. Think about this: If you save only one hour per week for each of your managers, team leaders, and coaches, you will have more than covered the cost of the entire program.
